Rules and procedures for new Junior members
All new junior members under 18 must complete a training probation period of 2 years. 6 months of equipment training, 6 months of classes and 6 months of rules, regulations, do's, don'ts of investigation, code of conduct, chain of command structure, safety precautions. 6 months of small on site investigation training with lead investigator's.
6 months of equipment training consists of use and understanding each piece of equipment, how they work, how to read each one.
6 months of classes consist of training on "what is Pseudo-science", Equipment- hands on, reviewing evidence and debunking evidence, Clip, copy and paste audio/video files, completing all paranormal forms for an investigation, initial client interview through the final client interview procedures, Research and documentation.
6 months of Rules, regulations, code of conduct, proper procedures of an investigation, chain of command structure and why it is important to follow these. Safety to the client and team members is most important.
6 months of small training investigations at various sites with a trained lead investigator.
Upon completion of the probation period new junior members will graduate to Paranormal investigator status
and will be allowed access to regular investigations.
