Old Badwell Cemetery
The Old Badwell Cemetery is located in the Sumter national forest in South Carolina. To get there you have to drive back a mile long dirt road deep into the woods. The dates range from the 1700's to mid 1800's. Old folklore tells that when you go into it and are ready to leave, the grim reaper meets you at the door on the way out. I didn't see him. There are numerous wildlife that reside there including Bobcats, Pumas, Bears and sightings of the mysterious Bigfoot creature. We gave a couple screams and whoops, might have caught a response in the distance. This place is by a small pond, the ideal place for a Bigfoot. Woods for miles, fresh water, ample food source, seclusion for bedding and we might have seen a bedding/shelter area down by the pond. We want to go back again soon.
We didn't catch a lot of paranormal activity while there but next time it might be a Bigfoot investigation there.
