Cryptozoology
Cryptozoology is the study of hidden animals, Legends, animals whose existance lack physical evidence and who's existence has not been proven or considered to be extinct. This covers a broad variety of subjects including Bigfoot, Yeti, Chupacabra, Dinosaurs, Phantom cats, Loch Ness Monster. These are all often referred to as Cryptids and Megafauna Cryptids. Cryptozoology is not recognized as part of the Zoology field, it is instead considered a Pseudoscience because it relies heavily on anecdotal evidence, stories and alleged sightings, myths and legends.
Some of the other Zoology Cryptids are: Lake Erie monster, Grassman, Lizardman, Swamp Ape, Mossman, Thunderbird, Phoenix,
Pennsylvania Hoop snake, Jersey devil, Wampus cat, Mellon heads, Mothman, faires and other local legends
and folklore.
Edgefield and McCormick county area is the ideal habitat for a Squatch, it's isolated, has water, food, all the
elements for survival. It sits in the middle of Sumpter forest in McCorrmick. The road there is about 3 miles in
and is not frequented a lot by people except occasional paranormal groups. We conducted a few bigfoot yells and
screams and got faint responses in the far distance. Matthew Wilcox scouted the area around the cemetery and
found what might be a bedding/nesting area for a bigfoot.
Sorry, we will not reveal the exact location for the protection of this hybrid creature and it's family. We have
a meeting with BFRO (Bigfoot Research Organization) soon to share evidence collected.
We had our meeting with BFRO members Sandy and Jeff, what a treat!! We presented them with our
evidence seen below , a CD-R with everything, an 8 X 10 photo. The meeting went really well and made new
friends with a common goal. I'm hoping this is a long term friendship with many adventures ahead. It was
great to meet you guys!!!
We are now working with BFRO on some investigations as an affiliate group, When we find a squatchy area
that has paranormal activity we also call them in to work with us and they do the same for us.
