Poinsett Bridge
Located in an out of the way spot in Greenville County, in Travelers Rest just north of Greenville SC on old state RT 25 and Callahan mountain road. There is an old gothic bridge built in the 1800s that is listed on the national historic registar as the only road that went from Asheville NC to Charleston SC.
History records of slave labor and captured Cherokee indians were forced to build this bridge. There are reports of hangings, murders there back then. Reportedly the legends are this place is haunted. We were there and did an investigation, we got photographs of a white mist, EVPs, Orbs, energy being drained from us, responses to questions asked and knocking when asked. Below are photos of the site.
