Tier one rules
Infraction of these rules is grounds for immediate removal
1. No disrespecting the client, you are their guest in their house this includes
Harassment, back talking, destruction of property.
2. Always follow the chain of command which is Founder, Co-Administrator,
Case Manager, Lead Investigator, Field Investigators. Tech Manager answers to the
top 3 commands.
3. Treat all sites with respect and leave them as you found them. No littering,
destruction of property. Anyone caught defacing or commiting destruction of
property will be removed from the investigation and from the team. Restitution to the client or team member is manditory, legal action can and will be used.
4. No Drugs or Alcohol during the investigation, any one under the influence or smelling of alcohol at an investigation will be removed from the group period. We maintain a professional attitude and appearance. This includes outdoor and residential investigations.
5. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
6. Maintain honesty, respect, fairness and professionalism toward the public, client,
Team members and associates.
7. Theft of property from members and clients is prohibited, anyone caught will be
removed and charges will be brought against them.
8. Fighting is prohibited anyone caught fighting while on company time is removed
from the team. What you do outside of company time is your own time unless it
directly affects the professionalism and integrity of the company.
9. All members must abide by all Local, State and Federal Laws. Violation of this
results in giving the company a bad reputation, affects the professionalism we
strive to achieve and is thus grounds for removal
10. Respect individual client, member and associate privacy rights through strict
confidentiality and non-exploitation
11. Anyone caught faking evidence will be removed from the team.
12. No shows, No calls. We allow for emergency, Family crisis, vehicle break downs We just ask for some kind of message via phone, text so we can bring in a call in investigator to cover the gap.
13. No gossiping, starting drama, causing a personal issue between clients, team members, ex team members. We show professionalism at all times, if an issue arises contact your Case Manager or founder and we will work to resolve the issue.
14. Refusing to turn over evidence to the founder ( Audio, Video and photographic)
all evidence is property of SWPR. You are a represenative of SWPR and everything must be turned over to the CEO. I will allow you to keep copies for yourself but all evidence must be turned in for evaluation and records.
