Special notes:
EVP's have their own classifications as to distinguish their type. As shown below they have a class A, class B and class C type.
Class A: these evps are always loud, clear and of very high quality. The voice is very understandable and does not need to be enhanced with audio software. These evp's are usually in direct response to a question asked.
Class B: This evp is the most common type, somewhat lower quality and clarity than the class A type, but still very audible. Class B evp's do need some type of audio enhancement and amplification to be able to hear them clearer. The voice may not be clear enough and loud enough to understand what is being said. These evp's are usually not in direct response to a question being asked.
Class C: This is the lowest class of evp, it has a poor quality and even with enhancement and amplification still is not be enough to understand what is being said. This evp can make you debate whether it is an evp or some background noise.
We have a Class D type for evp's we place for further examination, enhancement and amplification. From here they either get discarded or placed in a Class C category.
I always advise to get a good set of headphones in a quiet setting without background noise to listen to the evp's. Most of the evp's our team captures are whispers, light moans, howling, light screams and growls. Most of the time you need headphones to hear them clearly. We have although caught a few Class A evps.
When listening to our evp's it is best to wear headphones for listening clarity.
