Childrens Graveyard, Greenville SC
Children's graveyard
The location of this site is Old Buncombe Rd and Duncan Chapel Rd in Greenville SC.
Centered behind the old Hickory Point gas station now a Seven-Eleven about one hundred yards, sits a graveyard that's host to a majority of children and a few adults. This graveyard dates to the early to mid 1700s with some tombstones readable and others not. Reports from locals claim this site is haunted, it is our opinion that it is haunted. Our first trip to the graveyard we captured orbs, EVPs, and sounds of a baby crying with our own ears. The EVPs were very clear and the spirits responded to our answers. This site is not for the faint of heart as there are reports of bobcats in the area.
Our second trip to the graveyard was completely different than the first. A half hour into the investigation, Edward Jamison and Brittanee Bennett were doing EVPs and photographs, we decided to switch places. As Ed was stepping down from the tailgate, a black mist shot between us both hitting Ed in the left leg and brushing Brittanee on her right leg almost knocking Ed down to the ground. From the time we got out of the truck there was a feeling of being watched, the air had a sense of danger and the rest of the night was getting worse. We heard knocking, a scream, and boots walking on a wooden floor. The EVPs later revealed the sounds of what we had heard along with answers to our questions and a very pissed off spirit that spoke Latin. Photographs taken captured the black mist we saw earlier along with two sets of red glowing eyes, lots of orbs, a full body apparition and an extremely bright light coming out of a grave by a tombstone. We give this site a thumbs up, it is definitely haunted.
